Children's Ministry
Children are special here at Boones Creek. The Bible, God’s word, is our guide. In the Old Testament, we are exhorted to teach our children the Word of God in every way, and at all times. In the New Testament, Jesus tells us we are to come to Him as little children. It is our honored privilege and greatest responsibility to help train up children in a way that is pleasing to the Lord.
The purpose of this ministry is to show Jesus Christ to all the children with whom we come in contact. We aim to partner with the parents of these children to serve as a guide and source of strength and direction in their journey towards a relationship with Christ. We want them to know Jesus Christ is their savior.
Our children have the opportunity to grow in a safe and loving environment. Care and nurturing is provided for each age group from the cradle through 6th grade. This consistent care is provided by numerous volunteers. Many from our congregation use their gifts, talents, and financial resources to support the children's department. Our children, as well as many from the surrounding community, are blessed by their involvement.
